What many people do wrong every day, even though they want to eat healthily
Do you actually eat a healthy diet, pay attention to quality and yet your digestion still causes problems or your weight doesn't move an inch? Then it's often not because you're not doing enough, but because unfavorable habits have crept in that are damaging your gut.
In this podcast episode, I explain the 7 most common mistakes in gut-healthy eating that I see time and again in my practice and everyday life.
1. sugar shock from smoothies and lots of fruit
Smoothies sound healthy, but they often contain 30 to 40 grams of sugar at once. This leads to strong blood sugar fluctuations, promotes inflammation and can encourage putrefaction processes in the intestines. Fructose in particular puts more strain on the liver than many people think.
Better: Less fruit, no liquid sugar bombs, but real meals.
2. too much raw food and salad
Raw food is difficult to digest, especially under stress. If there is a lack of stomach acid, the food remains in the intestines for longer and begins to ferment or rot.
Better: Lightly steam or boil vegetables, especially in the evening.
3. constant snacking
Eating every two hours keeps insulin levels permanently high. Fat burning is blocked, the intestines never come to rest.
Better: Two to three proper meals, without snacks in between.
4. gluten-free and lactose-free, but highly processed
Many gluten-free products are highly processed and contain a lot of sugar or additives. This is anything but gut-friendly.
Better: Less grain, less cow's milk, more real food.
5. probiotics without a base
Adding probiotics to an unfavorable intestinal environment is like putting fish in a dirty aquarium. It can even exacerbate problems.
Better: Adjust the diet first, then provide targeted support, for example with Grow Acacia Fiber and Arktibiotic Sensitive.
6 Eating too quickly and chewing poorly
Insufficiently chewed food cannot be broken down properly. Nutrients are lost, Putrefaction processes occur, the intestine suffers.
Better: Eat slowly, chew well, give your body time.
7. too intense sport
Excessive, intensive sport increases stress hormones, makes the intestinal mucosa more permeable and promotes inflammation.
Better: Strength training, moderate endurance training and sufficient regeneration.
The solution: Clear, simple and suitable for everyday use
If you don't want to laboriously gather these points yourself, then the 21-day detox and intermittent fasting program is the shortcut. It combines a gut-friendly diet, clear structures and targeted support from products.
If you are serious about making a change, now is the right time.
