I have been working in the field of nutrition and gut health for over 20 years. And I can tell you one thing: there is almost always something to optimize. Even for people who feel healthy.
I also do this regularly:

Analyses as the basis for real prevention
With a microbiome analysis, for example, you can see

1. grow acacia fibers
Most people eat too little fiber. In Switzerland, the average is around 20 g per day. At least 30 g would be recommended, preferably more. Acacia fibers are soluble, well tolerated and easy to integrate into everyday life.
2. herbal
A fermented drink with lactic acid-producing bacteria, bitter substances and herbs. Ideal for people who do not want capsules and want to gently support their intestines.
3. omega-3 capsules
Omega-3 is essential, but can hardly be sufficiently covered by the diet. High-quality, non-oxidized capsules are a sensible supplement here, also as a preventative measure.
A useful supplement:
- Magnesium taurate
- Vitamin D3 or vitamin D3/K2
My conclusion
You don't have to be sick to good to look at you.
