Frequently asked questions

Breathing with the oxygen mask is relaxed and comfortable and there is no feeling of breathlessness or shortness of breath. It feels like breathing in thinner, fresh air on a mountain. You also lie relaxed on a lounger and don't have to exert yourself. The device constantly monitors your values and someone from our team is constantly present during the first session.

This depends on the goal and the symptoms. The number of sessions will be discussed after the first training session. However, we always recommend a minimum of 10 sessions.

Although IHHT is medically recognized, health insurance companies do not currently cover the training.
