Do you recognize yourself here?

You have recognized the importance of gut health for your patients/clients, but you still lack the expertise or training to competently answer questions about gut health or provide comprehensive consultations.

You would like to offer microbiome analyses, but you don't feel confident enough to be able to explain the results competently and confidently and to draw the right conclusions that will really help your patients/clients.

You already work a lot and are looking for a way to increase your turnover without having to take on more clients or patients or work more hours than you already do.

You're not sure what the legal situation is when it comes to advice on dietary supplements and gut health, what you're allowed to offer and how you can charge for it.

Hello, we are Roman Gruber and Dr. med. Simon Feldhaus

Hello, we are Roman Gruber and Dr. med. Simon Feldhaus

We both have a passion for the topic of the gut and gut health and attach great importance to a thorough, holistic and causal approach to the topic of gut health.

Roman Gruber has been very sporty since childhood and has always been involved in sport, from martial arts, handball, duathlon and Ironman to racing bikes, mountain biking and cross-country skiing.

He has over 20 years' experience in the field of gut health, having run a practice specializing in micronutrients and microbiome analysis for over 10 years before setting up Arktis BioPharma Switzerland.

Simon Feldhaus was born into the medical profession, so to speak. Both his father and his uncle were family doctors. For him, it was like growing into the profession. He sometimes went to his father's practice and, like many others, walked around with a doctor's bag from an early age. He just never put it down again.

Somewhat unconventionally, he also trained in naturopathy at the same time as studying human medicine.

Today, he is head physician at the Paramed Clinic in Baar, where he is able to reconcile the two worlds of conventional medicine and naturopathy. The integrative, holistic approach is his passion and helps him to use the strengths of one approach to compensate for the weaknesses of the other and vice versa.

What previous participants say about the training

Many case studies from everyday life

Many case studies from everyday life

In any case, my expectations were met. Before the course, microbiome analysis was a closed book, a completely unknown foreign language. During the course, we learned far more than just the basics of this foreign language. I appreciated the great participants, the good organization, friendly organizers, diverse and exciting speakers and lectures. And the many case studies from everyday life.

Dr. med. Barbara Hövekamp, Specialist in General Internal Medicine

Questions? Here are the answers

People from a health profession (doctor, dentist, pharmacist, alternative practitioner, physiotherapist, osteopath, chemist, nutritionist/coach etc.). Basic knowledge of anatomy is assumed; we cannot cover this in the course.

Symptoms of poor gut health, analytics (microbiome, metabolome), gut-friendly nutrition, histamine, gut-brain axis, stress management, orthomolecular therapy, measures to promote gut health, practice marketing

This is definitely not intended to be a product sales event. Nevertheless, each lecturer will of course mention products with which he or she has had good experiences and you can of course also ask questions about products.

Yes and no. We do not want to offer completely online courses because, in our opinion and also in our experience, the exchange between participants and also with the lecturers is essential for practical success later on. There is also a lot of discussion during the breaks and this enriches the training enormously.

However, you can choose to complete one of the 3 blocks from home via live streaming or by watching the recording.

You will understand clinical pictures relating to the gut and recognize in which patients/clients the gut plays a central role.

You will be able to select, carry out and interpret non-invasive analysis options relating to the gut and metabolism. You will know which bacterial products and other supplements can be used for whom to balance the microbiome.

You will understand the connection between the psyche, stress and the gut and you will know and be able to communicate stress-reducing measures.

You will be familiar with gut-friendly nutrition and will be able to prescribe it. You will also know the value of fasting and who can benefit from it.

You will have knowledge of other relevant micronutrients for a healthy metabolism and know and be able to apply further components for a holistic approach to gut health.

Write an email to post@arktisbiopharma.ch and Julia Gruber will get back to you. We can also talk on the phone if you would like to have a chat before you sign up.
