Sit comfortably and breathe calmly through the mouthpiece.

Start with a short application of 1 to 2 minutes at a low CO₂ setting (around 0.5 to 2 %).

If it feels good, you can gradually increase the duration.

Always use the CardiHaler according to the instructions and pay attention to your well-being during use.
