Our microbiome analysis with a personal audio consultation helps you to better understand your microbiome and recognize the connections between diet, lifestyle and intestinal flora.
The analysis is carried out in an accredited specialist laboratory in Switzerland. More than 65 scientifically tested parameters are evaluated, which provide information about the composition and balance of your intestinal flora

Based on your individual results and the information from the entry form, you will receive a personal evaluation with recommendations that can help you to make your diet and everyday life more conscious.

You will receive a detailed laboratory report and an audio discussion of your results or, if you wish, a personal online conversation in which the results are explained step by step.

Shortly afterwards, you will receive the test kit by post.

You can simply take the samples at home and send them to the laboratory collection point in Zurich by A Mail from Monday to Wednesday.

Your result will be available approximately 14 days after receipt of the sample.

You will receive the laboratory report and your personal evaluation by e-mail, as an audio file or in a conversation via Teams.

If you still have questions afterwards, we will be happy to answer them by e-mail or you can book an additional coaching session if required.
